We love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. We'll send you a guide to help you organize your day, the best moments for the couple photos, the different lights pose and it's really exciting for us to receive photos of your dress, shoes, invites. on your wedding day. We want to capture the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments, and all the details that make your wedding unique.

We are based in Accra and Kumasi. The client would cater for transportation with bookings beyond Accra or Kumasi. The client will also cater for accommodation in case there will be a need for one. Accommodation should be decent and comfortable for the photographers.

You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos between 10-21 working days (sometimes less depending on the season we photograph your story). Meanwhile, you may get highlights of your photos within a week.
If you want photos expedited, it comes with an extra fee per event. Same-day delivery is GHC1000. Within 3 working days is GHC600 and 7 days is GHC500. This is exclusive of the prints and photo frames. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!

You will receive a link to download your final full videos between 30-60 working days (sometimes less depending on the season we cover your story). Meanwhile, you may get highlights of your event within a week or two

For an 8 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 400 to 600 fully edited images. We always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why we will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.

Images will be uploaded in a private gallery for the client and an email with a password to the gallery would be sent. Clients must download all the images in the gallery within three months after delivery. Images will expire and will be deleted after three months. The client can also opt for images to be delivered on a flash drive at an extra charge including delivery charges.

70% deposit is required to make deposit.

Depending on the package you choose, there will be two photographers and or two videographers at your event.

Clients will receive twenty percent of the total cost after cancellation only if they made a deposit of 70% or more. If the deposit was less than 70% client will receive 10% of the total package cost. In the event where the company cancels, we are going to make a full refund of the amount to the client.

Of course! But new dates must be communicated one month to the original dates. However, the client incurs a charge of 10 percent of the total cost of the package if the date is communicated less than a month from the original date and if the new date is available. Subsequent date changes also incur a charge of 10 percent of the total cost. If the new date is unavailable, service would be considered canceled by the client, and hence condition for cancellation applies.

The contract would be considered frustrated. In this case, terms under cancellation on our part apply.

Depending on the nature of the loss, we shall engage the client to come to an agreement of resolution. If not, the company would refund 90 percent of the total cost of the package. However, we are not liable for any form of loss when the client delays in making final payment at the time when photos have been communicated to the client that they are ready. We are also not liable to any form of loss after 3 months when gallery has expired.

We do well to keep your memories as long as we can. Getting your photos back from us will require a fee that will be calculated based on how long we have kept your images.

Clients have up to 15 working days to pay the balance. Please note that images would not be sent to the client until the balance is fully paid. The company would not be liable for the loss of pictures after the 15 stipulated days.

Clients have up to two months to download the full gallery and select images for their photo album or photo book. If images for photobooks, albums, and frames are not selected, clients shall incur GHC5 per day until a final selection is made. If clients require our services for selection, the client would incur a charge of GHC150. if pictures are not selected within this period, the client will be notified, if there are still no selections a week after being notified, that part of the contract will be considered null. The client can engage us also to agree on new terms for making photo books or albums after.
NB: We decided that clients should make selections because, over the years, clients have had challenges not seeing the photos they want in the photobooks or albums.

Photobooks, albums, and frames take about 60 working days to be done and delivered after the selection of the photos have been made. Clients can pick the album or photobook at the office premise or delivered to the client at a fee.

Clients should communicate privacy during booking. Meanwhile, We choose the pictures we want to post on our page on social media.

Yes! but it comes at a fee of GHC 300. The client must provide a storage device to copy files.

The client should note that we will leave. However, we would consider if we have been able to shoot all the different sections of the event. If we have and the client insists that we should stay longer, we shall charge GHC150 per hour.

We shall communicate with the client about any delays and new dates for delivery.
